I keep trying to let all of yahoo customers know my opinions on the Yahoo Music Jukebox service and that they charged me 9 for something I can't use, and will not reimburse me even part of the money...If they think that I'm slandering their name. They are incorrect, it's a freedom of speech, and I have a right to inform the public and my friends. Ask a Yahoo Rep to go to Walmart to return a package they are unsatisfied with, that package literally states, "Do Not Return to the Store" you have purchased this product at. And you do bring it to Walmart, unsatisfied with the product, Customer Service stands by their name and grants customers immediately, without question, a refund of your money...hmmm, No wonder why this is such a great company and the reasoning for their success? Now the question is, What's wrong with the Yahoo Customer Service, and that the customer is always right policy?? Go ahead Yahoo, Delete this one too, you know you have to protect yourself again and again...
