Our scanner died causing the jukebox to completely freeze. After unplugging the scanner, the jukebox no longer freezes. We connected the scanner to a laptop and it caused the laptop to hang as well. Upon contacting Wurlitzer they said they would replace the computer under warranty, but not the scanner. Great, so you will replace the computer which is fine, but we are stuck with a broken scanner that has NO documentation on it. It appears that the company BizCard Reader has the identical scanner for sale in a bundle so I have contacted them to see if we can purchase just the scanner form them.
