A DRM message appears when I attempt to play a streaming song through my Yahoo Unlimited Music account.?

The Yahoo Music subscription works on a different computer (both computers are Win XP). I've followed the Yahoo DRM restoration instructions (upgraded to the latest version of Windows Media Player 11, run the DRM cleaner file provided by Yahoo, unistalled & reinstalled the Music Jukebox) but have not been able to resolve the problem.

I have a valid subscription, and the information must be correct on the Yahoo server or the account would not work on a different computer. It was previously working properly, until I upgraded to Yahoo Music Jukebox 2.2. Now the DRM message appears and prevents any streaming songs from being played through my Yahoo Music Unlimited account. (I have filed a request to Yahoo Support by filling out the form on the website, but have not received a response.) Any insights as to how to correct the DRM error would be most welcome.

Yahoo keeps deleting my questions and comments towards their services? Are they hiding something?

I keep trying to let all of yahoo customers know my opinions on the Yahoo Music Jukebox service and that they charged me 9 for something I can't use, and will not reimburse me even part of the money...If they think that I'm slandering their name. They are incorrect, it's a freedom of speech, and I have a right to inform the public and my friends. Ask a Yahoo Rep to go to Walmart to return a package they are unsatisfied with, that package literally states, "Do Not Return to the Store" you have purchased this product at. And you do bring it to Walmart, unsatisfied with the product, Customer Service stands by their name and grants customers immediately, without question, a refund of your money...hmmm, No wonder why this is such a great company and the reasoning for their success? Now the question is, What's wrong with the Yahoo Customer Service, and that the customer is always right policy?? Go ahead Yahoo, Delete this one too, you know you have to protect yourself again and again...

I purchased songs from yahoo engine machine. . I can not even listen to these songs on my media player or yahoo home page? I talked to a represenitive who told me these songs could not be downloaded and my money was reenbursed??? That was not true, then he told me all the bugs were not taken out of the system. Then he told me he really shouldn't talk with me because there a page that you sign in and it will answer your questions in 24-48 hours. I asked if there were so many problems thenwhy sell this to the public, there was no answer. I had a song on a CD I owned and I had it, that was a mistake on my part, now I can't play it or download it because he said I did not pay for the album, I did not buy it from them it was purchased somewhere else. There are songs that were in my medium that they said I didn't pay for, I have had them on my medium before I was in Yahoo Jukebox! Help,Please
