I've followed the Yahoo DRM restoration instructions (upgraded to the latest version of Windows Media Player 11, run the DRM cleaner file provided by Yahoo, unistalled & reinstalled the Music Jukebox) but have not been able to resolve the problem.

I have a valid subscription, and the information must be correct on the Yahoo server or the account would not work on a different computer. It was previously working properly, until I upgraded to Yahoo Music Jukebox 2.2. Now the DRM message appears and prevents any streaming songs from being played through my Yahoo Music Unlimited account. (I have filed a request to Yahoo Support by filling out the form on the website, but have not received a response.) Any insights as to how to correct the DRM error would be most welcome.

Do you know if they have a website and or a email address? We have a old United Jukebox that we would like to have repaired and restored. Since I do not live in Las Vegas and I can not go and ask him if he can repair and restore our jukebox. I would like to email him. I would like to ask him if he can suggest anyone in Chicago or near Chicago that can repair and restore our Jukebox.

If they do not have a website or a email address then can you suggest anyone that can repair and restore our United JukeBox? Here is a picture of the same United Jukebox that we have.
