A DRM message appears when I attempt to play a streaming song through my Yahoo Unlimited Music account.?
The Yahoo Music subscription works on a different computer (both computers are Win XP). I've followed the Yahoo DRM restoration instructions (upgraded to the latest version of Windows Media Player 11, run the DRM cleaner file provided by Yahoo, unistalled & reinstalled the Music Jukebox) but have not been able to resolve the problem.
I have a valid subscription, and the information must be correct on the Yahoo server or the account would not work on a different computer. It was previously working properly, until I upgraded to Yahoo Music Jukebox 2.2. Now the DRM message appears and prevents any streaming songs from being played through my Yahoo Music Unlimited account. (I have filed a request to Yahoo Support by filling out the form on the website, but have not received a response.) Any insights as to how to correct the DRM error would be most welcome.

Hello
Fixing your system could be very simple, starting with an easy maintenance checklist:
___1. On Internet Explorer (IE) menu click ‘Tools’, click ‘Internet Options’, click ‘General’ tab, at ‘Browsing history’ click ‘delete’ temporary files, click ‘OK’ to exit.
___2. Increase the browser disk space allotment. On the menu again click ‘Tools’, click ‘Internet Options’, click ‘General’ tab, scroll to browsing history, set ‘Disk space usage’ at 250MB or 500MB, click ‘OK’ to finish.
___3. If you’re using XP some systems did not ship with Java. Download and install the latest version at http://www.java.com/
___4. Many Yahoo! advertisements and the new Yahoo! Mail ‘Mail Chat’ are Flash Player oriented and you may need to install the newest version http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer
___5. Yahoo! Mail Help can provide useful information for future reference http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/commonissues/common-02.html
Best wishes,
